ITALIAN PASTA SALAD

8 oz. pkg vegetable pasta, cooked
1 cup cheddar cheese, cubed
4 oz. pepperoni, chopped
1 cup fresh broccoli flowerets
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1/4 cup black olives, sliced
1/4 tsp. oregano
2 Tblsp. parsley, chopped
1 cup Italian dressing
1/2 cup mayonnaise
salt
pepper
Parmesan cheese

Combine the pasta, cheese, pepperoni, broccoli, green pepper, onion, olives, oregano and parsley.
Blend together the Italian dressing and mayonnaise, adding salt and pepper to taste.
Toss the salad together with the dressing mixture.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
